Defense Industries International Announces the Securities and Exchange Commission Has Concluded Its Review of the Company's 2006 Year End and 2007 Quarterly Financial Statements.

:DFNS), a leading manufacturer and global provider of personal military and civilian protective equipment and supplies, today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission completed its review of the company's prior filings on Forms 10-KSB and 10-QSB for the year ended December 31, 2006 and the quarters ended March 31 and June 30, 2007 and notified Defense Industries that no additional changes to its financial statements are necessary.
