Eliminates the requirement for the contractor to provide a written statement that the delivered technical data are complete, accurate, and comply with all requirements of the contract. The change will reduce paperwork for contractors but will not diminish the contractors' obligation to provide complete and accurate technical data that satisfy contract requirements.
