Deer Valley Homebuilders, Inc. Opens New Plant.

GUIN, Ala. -- Deer Valley Homebuilders, Inc. ("Deer Valley"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cytation Corporation ("Cytation"), a publicly traded company (OTCBB:CYON) today announced the beginning of operations at the Deer Valley's newest manufacturing facility in Sulligent, Alabama. The new plant will add 70,000 square feet of manufacturing space and will create over 100 new jobs in Lamar and Marion Counties. The Sulligent plant will produce selected models from within Deer Valley's current premier product line. The Deer Valley headquarters plant in nearby Guin, Alabama will continue to produce the full product line.

Since the introduction of its line of high quality, "heavy built" homes in the spring of 2004, the demand for Deer Valley's products has grown dramatically. Charles G. Masters, the CEO of Deer Valley's parent company, Cytation Corp., says, "The addition of the new Sulligent Plant will help us keep up with the ever increasing demand."

According to Joel S. Logan, the President of Deer Valley, "We have been able to bring to the market a high quality manufactured home that is exceptionally well built and 'feels' to the homeowner exactly like a site-built house of similar size. With either eight or nine foot minimum ceiling heights, oak cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances and finished sheet rock interior walls, our products are permanent homes."
