Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Deep Six Technologies, SAS has acquired ownership of all material assets, including inventory, equipment, pending patents and all other intellectual property.

Dealing with the exploding proliferation of unwanted email has become one of the most vexing problems for corporate IT departments.
