Deeds and Corporate Records in Delaware's New Castle County Become Available Online Through Combination of AmCad's Database and Clickshare's Transaction Technologies.

What may be the largest full-image database of corporate charter documents in the country, in Delaware's New Castle County, is now available online for both purchase and delivery, AmCad (American Cadastre CADASTRE. Enabled by Clickshare's transaction service for digital content sales, AmCad has revolutionized the process of searching for property and corporate documents in New Castle County, the most common venue for U.S. corporate registrations. The AmCad system provides Internet public access at www.ncc-deeds.com, bringing full-image versions of original documents to the public's home and office computers.
