DeedPlotter+ can save both time and money when used by real estate professionals, attorneys, assessors, surveyors, engineers and others requiring accurate deed plots and legal descriptions.

No advance training is necessary to use DeedPlotter+ for Windows, and no knowledge of surveying or engineering is required. For experienced users, however, the new program contains many new, advanced options to explore. Owners of previous DeedPlotter versions will find data entry screens familiar and virtually unchanged, but the remainder of the new version is significantly different and takes full advantage of the mouse and advanced Windows features.

DeedPlotter+ constantly monitors for errors, and can produce unique, professional looking documents for clients. The program can verify legal descriptions and compute areas with the click of a mouse. Reading legal descriptions directly into DeedPlotter+ for Windows can eliminate the need to manually enter a properly worded legal description into the deed entry editor. If a correctly formatted metes-and-bounds description is available, the program will find the deedcalls -- no matter how many there are or how much they ramble.

Deedcalls and curves are easily entered and quickly changed with the program's word processor-styled entry editors. Multiple Tracts can be entered, shown on the screen and included on the printout. Text can be moved with the mouse and sized with the arrow keys, and the program's edit-anytime feature can cut, copy, paste, move, rotate, merge, and chain. Because files are created and saved in a generic Windows format, they can be identified, copied, moved and renamed as individual files.

DeedPlotter prints on any Windows-supported printer or on a plotter. The program can produce a scaled map that includes multiple tracts and structures, fitting the map to the users' choice of paper. Technical data such as acreage, square feet, square meters, closing errors and precision ratio are automatically generated from input information and can be printed directly on the map page or separately.
