Mr. Geddes joined the company's management team in 1997, in the role of VP of Services, where he built and directed Decisionism's highly successful services organization. Prior to joining Decisionism, Mr. Geddes was President and COO for Tenera, Inc., a publicly held software applications and services company providing asset management, work flow, and maintenance and materials management software applications for large facilities. While at Tenera, he improved the company's operating performance through new product development, focused marketing strategies and improved customer service. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President with ABB, a global technology, manufacturing and engineering enterprise, where he built several successful service and technology businesses and played an instrumental role in forming a U.S. subsidiary.
