DecisionOne Elects Timothy Price to Board of Directors; Former MCI Executive Named as New DecisionOne Board Member.

Timothy F. Price, former President, COO, and CEO of MCI has been elected to the DecisionOne Board of Directors. In his 15-year history with MCI, Price led the company's largest operating division, generating over $31-billion in revenue in 1999. In addition to running six business units serving the full range of communications customers, from multi-national corporations to residential customers, Price also managed MCI's worldwide marketing and advertising.

Throughout his career, Price has received wide recognition from the business community. He has been named Outstanding Corporate Strategist by Frohlinger's Marketing Report, Marketer of the Year by BrandWeek and MediaWeek Magazine, and Marketing Executive of the Year by the National Accounts Management Association. Price has also been awarded the prestigious Gold Edison Award twice by the American Marketing Association.
