DecisionLink and Enraf BV Announce Global Strategic Alliance.

DecisionLink Inc. (OTCBB:DLNK), announced that Enraf BV, of Delft, The Netherlands, a leading provider of land-based tank gauging systems and instruments worldwide, has entered into a global strategic marketing and sales alliance with DecisionLink's FCI Environmental unit (FCI) for FCI's proven PetroSense(R) continuous monitoring system.

This system will provide owners of tank farms and fuel depots fail-safe solutions to avoid damage to the environment from leaks and/or product spills. Enraf will serve the rapidly growing worldwide market for these types of environmental protection systems solutions.
