DecisionLink Completes Financing.

DecisionLink Inc. (OTCBB:DLNK) announced that it has successfully completed its current round of financing.

Geoff Hewitt, chairman and chief executive officer of DecisionLink, confirmed that financing was obtained on terms satisfactory to the company. RP&C International of London assisted with the financing process.

Proceeds of the financing are to be used for general corporate purposes, to fund ongoing projects in both the propane tank monitoring and oxygen detection markets and other similar opportunities. A small portion of the proceeds was also used in payment of interest overdue to a minority of debenture holders who did not elect to exchange interest due into new debentures.

The company also announced that it has employed the services of The Ivy Group LLC of Stamford, Conn., to act as general financial adviser to the company.

DecisionLink's FCI Environmental Group has introduced small, low-cost sensor and communication products that use satellite communications and the Internet as the backbone for data transfer and control in the pipeline leak detection, aboveground storage tank monitoring, oil production, water quality monitoring and industrial wastewater compliance monitoring and control markets.

FCI Environmental has also introduced the OxySense(TM) 101. Developed in collaboration with the TNO Food and Nutrition Research Institute in the Netherlands, it is the first commercial product to detect oxygen concentrations noninvasively inside food and beverage packages.

DecisionLink's Intrex Data Communications Group has developed a wide range of products for monitoring of propane and fuel oil tank levels, pipeline compressors, and many other multiuser remote asset monitoring applications for low-cost volume use of satellite communication pathways and the Internet.
