This new division follows the successful roll-out of Decision Point's HirePro(TM) system, which automates the hiring process for large, national companies who hire thousands of hourly workers. Deme Clainos, an executive vice president of Decision Point Systems, has been selected to manage the new e-commerce unit.

The first product to be developed by the new division is NetHiring.com(TM), an e-commerce product designed to support companies that hire between 50 and 1,000 hourly workers. NetHiring.com will do for small and medium-size companies what HirePro does for large companies. "Nationwide, there are more than two million small and mid-sized businesses that hire significant numbers of hourly workers. NetHiring.com will provide a hiring solution for these businesses that face the same hiring difficulties as large, national companies," said Clainos. "NetHiring.com will also offer the same benefits as HirePro, but without the in-store hardware. It will address one of the biggest hiring challenges employers face today, which is hiring the best hourly employees available both quickly and inexpensively in·ex·pen·sive
