The decision in Commonwealth v. Pirela, issued by the Honorable Carolyn Engel Temin, came after a ten-day evidentiary hearing at which Mr. Pirela was represented by Dechert partner George G. Gordon and then-Dechert associate Aline Fairweather, and Schnader attorney Stephen J.
