Dec. completion for Princeton spec building.

Following the success of 600 Alexander Park, Trammell Crow Company has broken ground on a second speculative office project in the Princeton (West Windsor Township) market. This new 72,000-square-foot, three-story office building is scheduled to be completed in December. Trammell Crow Company's first foray into the Princeton market, 600 Alexander Park is a nearly 100-percent-leased, 140,000square-foot building completed in 1999.
