Following the success of 600 Alexander Park, Trammell Crow F. Trammell Crow (born June 11, 1914, in Dallas, Texas) is an American property developer who created several famous projects, including Dallas Market Center, Peachtree Center (Atlanta, Georgia), and San Francisco's Embarcadero Center.  Company has broken ground on a second speculative office project in the Princeton (West Windsor West Windsor is the name of two places in the United States:

Situated in a park-like setting, 700 Alexander Park is strategically positioned at the heart of the Princeton/Route 1 corridor. The building is in close proximity to the Princeton Hyatt Regency Hotel The Regency Hotel was a hotel in Denver, Colorado. Built in the 1960s to serve as a regional convention center, it was famous locally for its large gold dome and the luxury of the rooms within. , Princeton U.S Post Office, several restaurants, banks and childcare facilities. Additionally, besides its convenience to all major community highways, 700 Alexander Park is situated near the Princeton Junction Princeton Junction could refer to:
