Deaths.The death was announced June 25 of Bishop Raymond Roy, formerly of the diocese of Saint Paul Saint Paul, city (1990 pop. 272,235), state capital and seat of Ramsey co., E Minn., on bluffs along the Mississippi River, contiguous with Minneapolis, forming the Twin Cities metropolitan area; inc. 1854. , Alberta. He was 84 years old and had been retired since June 1997. Also deceased is the retired Bishop of Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Louis Langevin. He died at age 82 on July 21, 2003. On July 23 Most Rev.
