Death by Meeting.

Patrick Lencioni is making quite a career out of his series of business fables. His most recent, Death by Meeting: A leadership fable about solving the most painful problem in business, is likely to be as popular as other titles like The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

This work of "business fiction" focuses on finding a cure for the most painful, but underestimated, problem that many businesses face--bad meetings. The book focuses on a CEO and his staff, none of whom can figure out how to solve this crippling problem. For help, the CEO calls in an adviser who is able to propose an unconventional approach to solving the problem.
