I BELIEVE in women managing their own menopause so here are a few tips...

For hot flushes and night sweats, cool yourself with tepid spongeing. A battery-operated fan also helps.

Wear cotton underwear.

If you walk into a room and forget what you are there for, fight it by going back to where you came from.

If you lose something, make a grid - where you were and what you were doing - of the last six things you did before you lost it.
