For most of my life, I could talk to my grandma if I had problems but she died recently. Dad says I shouldn't have burdened her and blames me for her death, so I've been cutting myself. I want to stop but I don't have the strength. What can I do? SELF-harm is a way of dealing with very strong emotions.
