Dean Foods Co., the largest U.S. dairy, says it will reorganize the company to focus on its higher-margin branded products. The company will split its business into two divisions: the Dean Branded Products Group will include items such as International Delight coffee creamer and Silk soymilks, and the Dean Dairy Group will include the company's private label dairy products and dairy manufacturing assets.
