Dean & Deluca to open 2nd Manhattan store. (Retail New York).Dean & DeLuca, a retailer specializing in fine foods, kitchenware and wine, is opening its second full-service Manhattan store at 1150 Madison Ave., on the Northwest corner of 85th Street. The national retailer has signed a 15-year lease, with two five-year options, for 6,000 SF of ground floor and 2,750 SF of basement space.
