Deals keep coming at GHP Red Oak campus.

GHP Office Realty, LLC, a major owner and manager of office properties in Westchester, has leased some 30,000 s/f of class A office space in the 150,000 s/f, two-building office campus known as the Red Oak Corporate Park in White Plains, NY.

Baker Companies, a developer and owner of flex and industrial properties, signed a long term lease to occupy the three-story, 21,000 s/f building known as 1 West Red Oak Lane that has signage right off of Westchester Ave. overlooking 1-287.

Jim Houlihan and Andrew Greenspan, principals of GHP represented the owner in the transaction. Bill Cuddy and Tim Donohue of CBRE represented the tenant.

Perlmutter Properties and Benbrooke Realty, commercial and residential real estate companies, signed a lease for 3,006 s/f on the first floor. David Perlmutter represented the tenant and Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president of GHP, represented the owner.

Stifel Nicolaus & Company, a full-service regional brokerage and investment banking firm, expanded its lease at 4 West Red Oak Lane by 3,230 s/f and now occupies 11,616 s/f on the 1st floor. The owner was represented by Jamie Schwartz of GHP.

Vision Financial, a commercial collection firm, renewed its lease on the 3rd floor. Jamie Schwartz represented the owner and Jack Pancaldo of All American Capital represented the Tenant.

Schwartz commented, "We are happy to have this type of leasing velocity at the Red Oak Corporate Park in these interesting economic times. This validates our decision to proceed with a capital program which included a new fiber optic infrastructure, updated landscaping, paving of the parking lots and roads."

1 West Recd Oak Lane is now fully leased and 4 West Red Oak Lane has approximately 10,000 s/f available on the 1st floor and 5,300 s/f on the third floor.

GHP also renewed Network Recovery Services (NRS), a New York Presbyterian company, at 3 Expressway Plaza, for ten years. The renewal is for NRS's 18,256 s/f corporate headquarters at the 150,000 s/f four-building Expressway Plaza campus in Roslyn, NY. Schwartz represented the owner and NRS was represented by New York Presbyterian's vice president of Real Estate Martin Cohen.
