Deals closed at Holland Building.

Winoker Realty Company brokered several deals totaling more than 20,000 s/f at The Holland Building, 276 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

Elliot H. Klein, a senior vice president at Winoker Realty, negotiated the transactions--a combination of new leases and renewals--on behalf of the building's owner, 276 Fifth Management Company.

Resolute Communications inked a new lease agreement at the building for 3,800 square feet. The seven-year lease is valued at more than $1 million. Alan Wildes and Garrett Varricchio of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Also signing a new lease was IT&e Global, Inc. The seven-year, 3,250 square-foot lease has an aggregate value of more than $926,000.

Klein also arranged the following lease renewals Stubin Associates agreed to a five-year renewal of its 3,548 square-foot lease which has an aggregate value of $620,900; Microserve, Inc. renewed its 3,000-square-foot lease for five years; ALBG Corp. signed for an additional five years for its 2,380 s/f of space.; Warren Communications News, Inc. will stay in its 1,113 square feet of space for five more years; Creative Marketing Alliance signed a three-year renewal for 2,050 s/f; Harold Matson Co., Inc. inked a two-year renewal for 1,3000 square feet on 11th floor.
