Deals bring occupancy at 44 Wall Street to 100%.

, owner of the landmark building at 44 Wall Street, announced that the building has signed two new leases totaling over 23,000 square feet, bringing the building's occupancy to 100%.

One lease was signed with McLaughlin Mc·Laugh·lin   , John Born 1942.

British jazz guitarist best known for his virtuosic playing and for his affinity for flamenco and Eastern music.

Evidencing strength and confidence in the Downtown market, these two tenants chose 44 Wall Street for its prestigious address and its superior technology and amenities resulting from an anticipated building wide renovation which will begin this summer.

44 Wall Street, located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan's financial district, is a 25-story 350,000 s/f multi-tenant office building that was built in 1927 and designed by architects Trowbridge & Livingstone.

Swig Burris Equities and Zamir Equities each own 50% of the building and Swig Burris Equities serves as the leasing agent and property manager.

The ownership team has brought the building to full occupancy in just four months since its acquisition and plans to transform 44 Wall Street into a luxury boutique Boutique

McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel Securities was represented by Robert Lowe and Patick Heeg of Cushman & Wakefield, while Kadaris & Kelleher was represented by Joel Wechsler of Grubb & Ellis ELLIS - EuLisp LInda System.
