 & Wakefield announced that Latex Foam International leased 46,720 s/f for a new manufacturing facility at 12 Commerce Drive in Shelton, Conn.

To accommodate the current and future growth, Latex Foam International will use the new location to house its fabrication fabrication (fab´rikā´shn),
n the construction or making of a restoration.
 and shipping operation along with 50 employees.

Latex Foam International signed a 10-year lease at 12 Commerce Drive, the former Baldwin Facility, which is owned by First Treetops Limited Partnership. The company's headquarters will remain at 510 River Road in Shelton where it occupies 208,000 sf.
