Deadly power plant blast in Russia.

At least 12 people have been killed and more than 70 are missing after an accident at Russia's largest hydro-electric power station.

A turbine room was flooded after a transformer blew up at the Sayano-Shushenskaya plant in Siberia, causing serious damage and an oil spill oil spill: see water pollution. , the emergency situations ministry said.
