Bryan James Hathaway of Superior, Wisconsin, is charged with sexual gratification with an animal. But the 20-year-old's lawyer said because the deer was dead it cannot be considered an animal. Frederic Anderson wrote in his argument to the court in Douglas County, Minnesota: "The statute does not prohibit one from having sex with a carcass carcass, carcase 1. the body of an animal killed for meat. The head, the legs below the knees and hocks, the tail, the skin and most of the viscera are removed. The kidneys are left in and in most instances the body is split down the middle through the sternum and the vertebral ." The judge is expected to give a decision on the argument on December 1. |
