Dead dark TV; Yourview.I AM a big fan of the BBC BBC in full British Broadcasting Corp. Publicly financed broadcasting system in Britain. A private company at its founding in 1922, it was replaced by a public corporation under royal charter in 1927. series Waking The Dead and the episode this week was no exception. It was gripping, had unexpected plot twists and it kept the quality that makes it just as good as a murder mystery blockbuster movie. My only reason for writing in is that I felt it was overwhelmingly dark. Even though the character Peter Boyd has a roundabout way of getting things done, the conclusion of the episode Substitute was out of place in the series. You never have any doubt in the episode that the team, no matter what they do, are on the side of good. They sometimes use loopholes in the law but never anything major. However, after the conclusion of Substitute, I don't think I'll be able to watch an episode looking at the team the same again. To the actors' credit, they carried out the scenes perfectly, and it was definitely the most nailbiting finish I have seen in years. I just thought that it was very sinister sinister /si·nis·ter/ (sin´is-ter) [L.] left; on the left side. sin·is·ter adj. 1. Presaging trouble; ominous. 2. On the left side; left. , and considering how morbid morbid /mor·bid/ (mor´bid) 1. pertaining to, affected with, or inducing disease; diseased. 2. unhealthy or unwholesome. 3. the conclusions usually are, it is a big statement to make when one of them really surprises you.
