DeNova Homes Grants the Ultimate Gift of a Completely New Home to a Needy Martinez Family; The Ultimate Holiday Gift from One Family to Another.

WHO:        Pleasant Hill-based DeNova Homes, Inc. is teaming up with
            ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" on the toughest
            site this highly successful hit reality show has seen
            since its inception.

WHAT:       While a project of epic proportion, from December 8
            through 15, DeNova Homes will grant the ultimate holiday
            gift to Martinez family, Karen, Jhyrve (pronounce
            "Ger-Vay") and Lucas Sears. As is the objective behind
            DeNova Homes' commitment to community, the family-owned
            company will change the life of a family in need as the
            Sears have had a very challenging year facing the
            diagnosis of Jhyrve's rare genetic disorder, Krabbe
            Disease.

WHERE:      2292 Yale Street, Martinez, California

WHEN:       Highlights for Monday, December 13 at 7:00 p.m.

            Players from the Oakland Raiders will be on hand to move
            furniture into the Sears' new home. Confirmed players to
            date include Danny Clark, Kerry Collins, J.R. Redmond, Sam
            Williams, and Adam Treu. (schedule and players subject to
            change)

    (Note: A media check-in tent is located at the corner of Yale and
    Missouri streets, at 2403 Yale Street in Martinez. From
    California-4 West, take the Pine Street/Center Avenue exit, merge
    onto Pine Street, turn right on Holly View Drive, turn left on
    Missouri Street.)
