According to Michael DeMichele, director of development in the Milwaukee office, it took nearly six months to prepare for certification. ISO certification brings this regional office in line with DeMattia's headquarters, which was one of the first fully integrated design/build and development firms to be ISO 9001 certified in the country. "We found that we were running things virtually under the same quality system that the Plymouth office does," he said. "We think the fact that we are now singing from the same hymn book as the Plymouth office is a strength."
