The buyer is installing these units as part of a prototypical system in order to demonstrate the energy-saving benefits of the Energy Miser, and to promote large volume sales in Korea. DeMarco has agreed to assist this client in all possible ways to achieve mutual benefits.

The previously announced date of the Annual Meeting for DeMarco shareholders has been changed. The meeting will now be held at 2 pm on Dec. 20, 2002, at the Holiday Inn, Austin, Texas. The company regrets any inconvenience caused to its shareholders by this change.
