 system by DeMarco Energy Systems of America Inc. is being installed in the energy-efficient concept home being built by a joint venture of a local television station and some master developers and designers in Austin, Texas. There are several of these homes that will be built in various locations around the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. . The concept home will headline "a premier master-planned community...designed with a focus on preserving the native Hill Country while treading lightly on the terrain." DeMarco is pleased and excited to be used in this modern-day project.

DeMarco Energy's geothermal system is a perfect fit within these strict parameters. The system is environmentally friendly Environmentally friendly, also referred to as nature friendly, is a term used to refer to goods and services considered to inflict minimal harm on the environment.[1]  in many ways. DeMarco Energy's geothermal heat pumps A geothermal heat pump system is a heating and/or an air conditioning system that uses the Earth's ability to store heat in the ground and water thermal masses. This system will take advantage of a land mass as a heat exchanger to either heat or cool a building structure.  use one-third of the energy of a standard air-conditioning/heating system. This translates into an energy bill reduction of 40% to 70%. "This project is a perfect fit for our system," states Victor DeMarco, president of DeMarco Energy. "We look forward to the exposure a job like this will bring to our technology, especially in a home of this caliber."

The technology will be featured on the local television station through a series of segments called vignettes which will track the home as it is being built. The vignettes will begin in February with DeMarco's segment expected to start in March or April.
