Wayne McClay, Dayton's President and Chief Executive Officer stated that "Dayton is pleased to have a speedy resolution to the labor dispute on terms that are acceptable to both the Company and the union. A four year contract has been negotiated which will assure long term production at the Andacollo Gold Mine without further labor disruptions." Dayton Mining Corporation holds a 100 percent interest in the Andacollo Gold Mine located in central Chile.
