Days Inns of America responds to Department of Justice Action.


the statement issued by the Justice Department, Days Inns of America Inc. and its parent corporation, HFS (Hierarchical File System) The file system used in the Macintosh. The first version, known as "Mac OS Standard," was introduced in 1985. HFS+, an enhanced version, came out in 1998 in preparation for the upcoming Mac OS X operating system.  Incorporated said that neither corporation has yet been served with any suit by the Justice Department and cannot comment at this point on that action.

Days Inns of America Inc. ) for the compliance of new hotel facilities built or under construction by its franchisees. DIA further stated that any liability for non-compliance is a franchisee, not a franchisor, issue and that it is fully indemnified by its franchisees.

DIA brought its suit because it believes it has been singled out by Justice as a test case to determine the responsibility of franchisors, not only in the hotel industry but also the more than 2,500 companies who franchise goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services.
