Days Inn sells in MO.

Jeffrey S. Wilder, president of The Wilder Group, Inc., a New York City based hotel brokerage firm, announced the sale of the 160-unit Days Inn & Dennys Restaurant in St. Louis, Missouri.

Deirdre Murphy, senior director of Hotel Investment Sales for the firm, represented the seller in the all cash transaction. The seller was St. Louis, Limited.

The Days Inn was built in 1963 with an addition in 1965. The full service hotel includes a Dennys Restaurant, lounge, pool, and meeting and banquet facilities. The Inn is located midway between the airport and downtown.
