Structural Changes Will Allow For Greater Flexibility, Expanded Geographic Reach

NEW YORK -- Daylight Forensic & Advisory announced today that it is planning to increase its strategic alliances to allow it to offer a wider array of geographic and client service delivery options, including off-shoring of large compliance, forensic accounting and electronic discovery projects.

"After surveying our clients and assessing changing market demands, we concluded we can respond to our clients' needs more completely by offering a wider array of client service delivery options" stated Chief Executive Officer Ellen Zimiles. "These changes represent a new strategic direction for Daylight and were based largely on client demand and the evolving global market for our services. Increasingly, clients are looking for a combination of off-shoring, in-sourcing and staffing models to manage the costs of large, labor intensive compliance remediation, forensic accounting and electronic discovery projects. In response, Daylight has entered into strategic alliances with several global service providers to allow us to offer greater flexibility in meeting this change in client demand. These changes will enhance not only Daylight's domestic business but also the European business served by our London office and our Latin American business served by New York, Washington D.C. and Miami."
