Daxor wins ruling against New York State Department of Health in New York State Supreme Court compelling three key officials - of the department - to be deposed under oath.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 1996--Judge Abdul-Salaam has ruled that three health department regulators must submit to depositions in a lawsuit against the state health department by Daxor/Idant regarding the legality and specificity of certain sperm banking sperm banking Reproduction medicine Freezing of sperm before CA treatment for future fathering/fertility furthering  regulations.

The officials had attempted to avoid being deposed under oath. All three officials are also defendants in a separate $100 million RICO/Anti Trust suit against key NYSDOH NYSDOH New York State Department of Health  officials and the New York Blood Center New York Blood Center bills itself as the "nation's largest, community-based, non-profit, independent blood center."
