Daxor Corporation Will Miss 5-Day Extension for Filing of 2nd Quarter 10Q.NEW YORK New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. In the document Daxor mistakenly requested a 15-day extension. However, 12b-25 only permits a 5-day extension for a 10Q. At present, Daxor plans to file on or before August 29, 2005. On June 9, 2005 Daxor Corporation received comments from the SEC regarding the 2004 10K, requesting further explanation and expansion of certain information and comments that Daxor provided in various parts of the document. As a result, Daxor has been delayed in filing the second quarter 10Q for 2005 because of work necessitated to meet the required changes the SEC has requested. No material change in earnings or revenue is expected. Daxor Corporation manufactures and markets the BVA-100, a semi-automated Blood Volume Analyzer.
