: DXR), the developer and manufacturer of the BVA-100, a semi-automated Blood Volume Analyzer, today announced that the following physicians and healthcare executives have agreed to join the Company's newly created Medical Advisory Board.

Philip Frost, M.D. has accepted an appointment as Chairman of Daxor's Medical Advisory Board. Dr. Frost has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of IVAX Corporation since 1987 and as President of IVAX Corporation from July 1991 until January 1995.
