Daxor Announces Westchester Medical Center of Valhalla, NY Acquires Blood Volume Analyzer BVA-100.

NEW YORK -- Daxor Corporation (AMEX:DXR), a medical instrumentation and biotechnology company, today announced the receipt of a signed trial agreement from Westchester Medical Center of Valhalla, New York.

Daxor's Blood Volume Analyzer will be located within Westchester Medical Center's Nuclear Medicine Department during the trial agreement period and will be utilized for various disease states. A measured blood volume has been shown in recent published medical reports to be clinically superior in the diagnosis of a patient's volume status than existing surrogate markers, lab test and physical assessments within medical conditions such as heart failure and critical care.
