), a medical instrumentation and biotechnology company, today announced the receipt of a signed purchase agreement from Christiana Care Health System of Newark, Delaware.

Christiana Care Health System is one of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region, serving all of Delaware and portions of seven counties bordering Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. The not-for-profit, privately owned Christiana Care family of services includes two hospitals - Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital. The purchased BVA-100 resides within Christiana Hospital, a 780-bed modern facility providing a level of care only available in large-scale teaching hospitals.
