These customers will use the Davox solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce contact centre costs, and improve customer service.

Davox continues to successfully sell CIM solutions throughout Europe and effectively leverage its distributor relationships for increased sales. Recent distributor sales in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Refers to that region of the world.
