- Manage customer profiles. Aggregates data from any number or type of information sources, allowing customers to manage one or more accounts from a centralized point.

- Offer electronic bill presentment and payment See EBPP.  (EBPP (Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) Sending invoices to customers over the Internet. "Trinity(TM) 3.0 is one of the only products available which bundle all the required functional knowledge to truly satisfy the needs of wireless users," said Alan Lysne, Chief Technology Officer, Davinci Technologies Inc. "With speed to market being more critical than ever before, Trinity(TM) 3.0 will position wireless carriers to rapidly deploy services in today's time-sensitive and competitive marketplace. It truly enables companies to focus on their business instead of technology."

Technical advancements to Trinity(TM) 3.0 include:

- XML Server component. Updates to the functionality of the XML server component allow Trinity(TM) 3.0 to optimize data convergence, particularly valuable to customer care solutions. The ability to converge multiple bills, for example, into one view and to query bill components separately for customized information is critical. This creates a virtual data source available to all enterprise applications.

- Cache Engine. Trinity(TM) 3.0 offers increased performance and scalability for the application. Caching enhancements ensure data previously stored is merely updated on demand instead of re-gathered, resulting in faster access to information. Rules are also applied to cached data, facilitating the expiration of unused or outdated data. This decreases the burden on the server during updates to profile information, display of billing information and other functions.

- Event Logging and Reporting. Trinity(TM) 3.0 offers wireless carriers enhanced reporting capabilities. Logging of users, transactions and other activities allows for comprehensive reporting on a specific application, facilitating more accurate and timely monitoring than ever before.

"With the functional richness demanded by wireless users rapidly on the rise, it's interesting to see the proactive steps by companies like Davinci," said Mark Quigley Mark Quigley (born October 2 1985 in Dublin) is an Irish professional football player who currently plays for St. Patrick's Athletic F.C. in the eircom league Premier Division.
