"To be honest, I must play so well in all the games leading up to the final that the boss can't drop me. I think all the players will have that in mind in the next few weeks.

"We need to repeat the high performance against Chelsea to beat Blackburn Rovers and have a place in European competition next season.

"It was nice to score in a London derby and play reasonably well because I had a lot of the ball.

"The Millennium Stadium is still the best arena I have ever played in and all my colleagues have been asking me what's it like.

Most have only seen it on the television.

"In fact, I have never played at the stadium when it has been full so, if everything goes right, it will be a first for me as well.

"It may surprise a few of the Tottenham players, because its going to be a fantastic occasion. I just hope I'm part of it. With a full house and cup final atmosphere it should be quite an occasion, especially with all my family there as well."
