Davidi Gilo Appointed as Chairman of DSP Communications; David Aber Appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

:DSP) announced today the appointment of the Company's founder and former Chairman, Davidi Gilo, as Active Chairman of the Board. The Company also announced the promotion of David Aber, the Company's Vice-President of Finance, to be the Chief Financial Officer. Nathan Hod resigned as Chairman and will no longer serve on the Board. Mr. Gerald Dogon, the former CFO See Chief Financial Officer. , will continue to serve as a member of the Board.

Mr. Gilo said, "Nathan Hod, who relocated with his family back to Israel last year, has decided to retire to pursue personal interests. Nathan was instrumental over the past five years in building the Company from a single product company with sales of under $10 Million to a multi-product company with a run rate of over $100 Million in sales. We could not have done this without Nathan's leadership and vision."

Mr. Gilo added, "Mr. Aber has worked closely with Gerald over the past year, and I am confident that he will carry on Gerald's fine tradition as Chief Financial Officer. We are glad to be able to continue calling on Gerald's leadership and experience which were instrumental in completing a successful initial public offering and two follow-on offerings."

Mr. Gilo commented, "I look forward to working again with Joseph Perl, who was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer in July.
