) today announced that David Wilson has joined VIEO's management team as the Vice President of Product and Business Strategy. In this role, Wilson will be responsible for product marketing, product management, business planning, and quality assurance for VIEO's products. Set to be unveiled later this year, VIEO's AAIM solution will be delivered on a non-disruptive, secure and reliable management appliance that ensures business critical application certainty by enabling organizations to cost-effectively measure, analyze, and affect application-dedicated resources as a single computer.

David Wilson has over a decade of industry experience in the fields of software and Internet marketing, development, and consulting. Prior to joining VIEO, David Wilson was the Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at United Devices, a leading provider of distributed computing software and services. Before that, Wilson served as the president and COO of Deja.com, a commercial Web site. Wilson joined Deja.com as vice president of marketing and built Deja's Usenet service to 5 million unique monthly users and 180 million pageviews per month. He then led the creation of a next-generation comparative shopping engine and played a key role in the sale of the company to eBay and Google. Prior to joining Deja, Wilson held various marketing positions at Micrografx, including his last position as Director of Brand Management, with product management and marketing responsibility for all of the company's enterprise, Internet, and consumer products.
