For the past 25 years, David Simson has been one of the leading brokers in New Jersey and has represented landlords as their exclusive leasing and sales agents and tenants in excess of 250 million square feet of prime office space. Simson has been the president of GVA Williams New Jersey since 2000. Recently, Simson was responsible for the 1.2 million-square-foot portfolio sale on behalf of JP Morgan, as well as a 986,267 s/f portfolio sale on behalf of Keystone Properties. He has also represented Pinnacle Foods Group in 645,964 s/f of leases on their behalf.
