David Rubenstein Appointed as President and CEO of Coastal Administrative Services, LLC.

ATLANTA -- Coastal Administrative Services, LLC today announced that it has named David Rubenstein its President and Chief Executive Officer. Coastal Administrative Services is a leading national provider of outsourced Information Technology and comprehensive administrative back office business solutions to the long-term care industry.

According to John Lanier, Chairman of Coastal Administrative Services, Mr. Rubenstein was the clear choice to lead the Company's growth initiatives. Rubenstein comes to Coastal with an extensive background in managing and operating long-term and post-acute care facilities. Most recently he served as Chief Development Officer for Genoa Healthcare Consulting, LLC, where he was responsible for all aspects of business development. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Rubenstein served in various senior executive positions for Centennial HealthCare, an operator of skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States. At Centennial, he served Senior Vice President of Inpatient Services, where he was responsible for operations at 67 skilled nursing facilities. He also was Senior Vice President of Operational Standards, where he implemented a project that saved the company over $1 million annually.

Mr. Rubenstein began his healthcare career as a staff accountant and then Controller for the Flatley Company, an owner/operator of long-term care facilities located in Massachusetts. Mr. Rubenstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

Bruce Wertheim is CFO of Mission Health of Georgia, a company that operates 18 skilled nursing facilities for which Coastal provides outsource Information Technology and comprehensive back-office services.
