In addition, he will also be responsible for the company's soon-to-be-launched affiliate program.

Pulsifer comes to Bidder's Edge from Robertson Stephens & Company, a leading investment banking group. As senior associate/vice president of corporate finance for the European Consumer/Business Services Group, Pulsifer helped to execute over 25 public equity offerings and raised over $1 billion for his clients. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens & Company, Pulsifer co-founded CompleteCar.com, an automotive portal designed to provide consumers with independent information on the U.S. automobile market. He created the company's business plan, secured first-round equity financing Equity Financing
