Prichard will be responsible for investor and shareholder relations, internal and external communications, media relations, public affairs and issues management, marketing communications and corporate philanthropy.

Prichard brings to Modine more than 20 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience spanning the health care, chemicals, agricultural and telecommunications industries.
