David Oberg Joins U.S. HealthWorks as Vice President of Compliance.

VALENCIA, Calif. -- David Oberg has assumed the position of Vice President of Compliance of U.S. HealthWorks. Mr. Oberg reports to Patricia Burgess, Vice President and General Counsel.

"David has more than 15 years of corporate audit, finance and compliance experience," said Ms. Burgess. "He worked in such firms as The Zenith National Insurance Corporation, PacifiCare Health Systems and FHP, Inc. David brings extensive knowledge and experience to U.S. HealthWorks as we move forward with our strategies for growth."

Mr. Oberg oversees the Compliance Department and serves as the firm's Corporate Compliance Officer.
