Mr. Low joins Chase from JP Morgan, where he was responsible for its biotechnology investment banking activities. He has advised on a number of biotechnology M&A transactions, including Johnson & Johnson's acquisition of Centocor, Gilead's acquisition of Nexstar and Geron's acquisition of Roslin Biomed, and advisory assignments for Millennium, Aventis and Glaxo, among others.
